When I was working as a marine engineer, building huge boat parts, I first learned about laser-cutting. I love the versatility-it can be used on just about anything! After changing careers and pursuing fashion design as an outlet for my creativity, I wanted to experiment with this new technology that would allow me so much control over each individual element in a piece. I love the contrast of the precise cuts against the soft drape of jersey fabric.
